I am a Product Manager, Business Analyst, and software support and change management professional who has managed and led the design, implementation, and user support of transformative digital customer experiences across CRM, payments, and ecommerce solutions, across multiple industries, including Financial Services and Payments, Retail Store and eCommerce, and Consumer Packaged Goods.
